Just a quickie! Air con working throughout the winter - noticed last week during a hottish day-not so good. had a look today-not much cool air coming out-air con pump running-smaller pipe hot-bigger pipe not that cool. Had a new condensor last year-so i suppose a leak?

Sounds like it might be low on gas. Nothing blocking the airflow I suppose? Do the electric fans operate, if not it will not cool well especially if the viscous fan is weak.

Thanks Datatek, I can never hear the electric fans on with the aircon on-will check-can hear them on on my boys car and previous cars ive had with aircon. I'll av a look.

Spot on Datatek-fans are not running-having a look in the fuse box I see 3 relays for aircon-but cant see anything for the fans-no fuses either-so are these relays for the fans?

Just did a search so will check the relays and then ground the blue black lead to see if the fans work.

Bridged relays and tested with fans running-still the same so must be a leak.

Update-friend who mot'd it yesterday showed me that the drier had rusted through and was leaking-so may put another on or open the roof!!
