I overheated by 1987 RR so the cyl head was rectified and the old head gasket was replaced by new ones. Now when I start the motor, there are some air bubbles in the radiator for at least 30 seconds and then disappear. Is this normal?
The temp is normal and there are not water lose

Could be that you have an air lock in the system. Do you have the "Stand Pipe" bleed tube in the engine bay??

Try bleeding the system following the procedure in the workshop manual and let us know how you get on.

Thank for your help. There is no more bubles and no overheating.
I apologies for my late reply.
