hi as most will no i have had a nightmare with my l322 td6 2002
Its had a second hand engine
Rebild gearbox
New Torque converter
New filters every wear
Full service
Second hand turbo
Intercoole cleaned out
And still smoking white smoke from oil fill cap and exhorts but not on takeovers it starts wean you get over 30mph and then go's wean you slow down so i have been told to do a full engine flush as the bottom end may be sluggd up now what do you think please give me some advice thanks

Sludged up bottom end?
Doubtful I would think

Still, My M51 benefitted from an engine flush but not a huge noticeable difference as other parts that needed attention, worth a shot.

You got the correct grade oil in it?

Yes its 5w40
To day as I done the engine flush I found a water leak on the egr just a drip but now i need to have a look and see if its the coler wood this be the problem with the smoke

Going to pull it off tomorrow and put a new on on and see if it that just losing hope as I have done a lot to it and still keep getting promises

I have to get it working as its the car I us for my disabled daughter and she has had it with being in so now i am under pressure to sort it out

No idea how to fix it but haven't seen any mention of having to top up expansion tank, and how much/often? the water must be coming from somewhere.
