Buy and fit a replacement, it’s a very easy job to replace.
Then buy the bearing and circlip from e bay and repair the old one as a spare. Removing the old circlip is a nightmare as its not designed to be removed without stabbing yourself at least twice with the screwdriver.
If the unit runs out of true it will shred one of the ‘strands’ off your fan belt, this in turn will whip through your top hose
Use a section of an old top hose as a shield for next time (just cable tie in place).
