He wants to know the best oil to put in it whe he or he means Me doe's the service as it's done 200k plus

5W 30 synthetic, I would use Carlube or Comma. And change both oil filters if you are unsure when the centrifugal was last changed.
 
Yup, no point putting clean oil through dirty filters. With the TD5, machining is not recommended - no reboring, skimming or crank regrinding - so all you can do as an owner is keep changing the oil.
