Got a longish journey coming up and need to know that my ACE isn't going to pack in, so.....
Anyone know of an independent and reliable garage around the Glasgow/Lanarkshire area which could remove or even repair the leaking ACE on my td5 Disco 2? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Where abouts is it leaking from? The Banjo Bolt on the pump, or pipes?

Personally I would try to get it repaired... not ditch it, it is very good!

If you want to ditch it i will buy all the components off you, i want to rtrofit to my disco

Yes, Gemm (Falkirk area) do ACE removal as a service - see here: index

I had mine removed. Really good results if you have coil sprung rear suspension - not so good if you have airbag suspension (more body roll in corners)
