Guys
Amber Fault light showing, connected Nanocom and Fault 03-04 showing.
So I replaced pressure transducer & Filter
Fluid level is fine no leaks.
Still the same, no pressure readings on Nanocom
Checked fluid level and all find,
Remove cap and switched on engine and noticed there is no turbulence in the fluid chamber.
HASTHE PUMP FAILED ?
Is there any other test that I could try, how difficult is it to replace the ACE pump

Noticed on Nanacom the relay is saying off ?
Any help appreciated

The nanocom fault code is most probably wrong but even if it was good for that code you should have replaced the pressure control valve as the code is telling you not the transducer...if no turbulence in the tank the pump is gone, it can be the result of not being primed well after a fluid loss... undo the outlet banjo partially, ask somebody to start the engine then stop it if it starts spilling oil, tighten it back and see then...if still no hard activity in the tank that's it you need a pump, dont despair cos you might find cheap good used one due to the de-ACE hysteria as many owners get rid of the whole system only due to a small leak rather than fix it

Hi
Thanks for the quick reply, there was no fluid loss.

On the Nanacom it’s says the relay is not on should it be ?

Pump is an easy change though, just a case of taking the tension off the belt and taking it off the pump pulley, there's guides on removing the belt. Pump is held on with 3 long bolts, think I removed the air intake box for better room, thats pretty self explanatory. Remove the banjo bolt and spring clamp holding the pipes to the pump, swap the new pump in but don't connect the banjo pipe straight away, face the hole on the pump down and turn it clockwise by hand untill a steady flow of fluid comes out, you may need to raise the fluid tank. Once it comes out go ahead and reconnect banjo pipe, making sure the 2 dowty washers are in place and bolt pump back in.
And that's about all.. wouldn't of thought it would need bleeding just for a pump change but not sure.
