Had a lady back into my old omega, after watching me park behind. She started up and backed into the driver's door! Her excuse was the sensors don't work! Fücking eyes to the rear?? Then went on to say it was Friday and she was tired! End of the week and all. Her husband turned up 15 minutes later and said the dents were not caused by their car. The scratch lined up perfectly with the rear light, wouldn't have it! While we were arguing their bumper popped itself out and back into shape... Not a sexist jab, just a go at depending on stupid sensors and not relying on what they were taught to use when learning to drive...... Fücking eyes!!!!!! done.
Gone...
And that applies to the male of the species as well.;) at least you can knock them out if they deny it was their fault, and there are no witnesses :D

I reversed onto a traffic sign pole in a dark rainy night and it cracked my bumper into few pieces. Same place as yours but little towards the side.
I thought our bumpers are made out of plastic instead of polyurethane.

The outer covers are made from a PBT / PC plastic alloy, named Xenoy, at the time supplied by GE Plastics. Manufactured in Banbury.

Cheers

I expected it to dent & pull back to shape as with other cars. But it cracked and dropped few pieces
