Is there anyone within reasonable commute of Oxfordshire that could help me code a new ABS module for my car please?

Ive tried with some of the BMW tools, whilst I followed some guides, I did not have the correct detail for the 4.4 V8, so it didnt work. Someone with an All Comms cable / software should be able to do this in a few mins, more than happy to pay for your time etc. It's not worth me buying the software to use it once.

When i swapped my ABS ECU out....I found a very helpful indy who programmed it for me over their lunch break....wanted to charge me £30 for their time so I gave them £50 as it was their lunch break after all and they helped me out no end!

Maybe you could be lucky and find a helpful indy who will do it for you!

Does the All Comms do ABS ECU coding? My version doesn't, maybe the legend that is Storey WIlson has issued another update!

Thanks. I'm more than happy to pay someone that (or even a bit more) to do the sorting. Ive emailed them, they say the current version can do the coding. My worry about buying a cable / software is I may need it once and I dont know if the ABS module ive bought should work when coded. I might not.

There is James French Landy near me, Ill reach out to them again. I asked if they could code but they just said 'bring it in and we will look at how to fix'. When I asked about costs, they said they try and do it economically but clearly at some point, repairs for new modules etc can outweigh the value of the car, so hence trying to find another way to do this.

L322 and use diagnostics once are not terms that go together.

How did you resolve this problem? I do have All Comms but it is no help here.
