Hi there, I am looking to buy a Disco 2 in the next week or two. Is there anything that I need to watch out for, or anything that is a must? Also best places for replacement parts etc, online or otherwise.

Yes Chassis are rotting on earlier ones & when you take one for a spin drive it quite hard & see if it has a sort of misfire, if so that will be oil seeping down the loom. theres a few things to check like on any motor your going to see but these are the kinda top two..

& spares are plenty full on ebay plenty of breakers etc..

why dont you use the introduce myself fred first before the grazing animals raise there heads

Look out for the air suspension on the 'better' models make sure no rust underneath etc.
