Does yours have the 'over the chassis rails' anti-roll bars front and back? Apparently early one didn't and suffered from the chassis flexing
I've bin told 1 tons don't fit with out making new shackels or Bushing the chassis???
i'd be surprised if extended shackles were needed with 1ton springs, i'll guess they may need longer U bolts due to either more leaves (doubtful) or thicker leaves (more likely)
i don't see how an anti-roll bar could stop chassis flex as it's to stop body roll, which would mean it would be placing even more stress on the chassis trying to keep it all square with the axle(s) and stop it flopping about in corners
