Hi all just got my self a disco 1 1994 300tdi
It has a lot of off road extras on it .the man I
got it from removed the ARB because of the lift
I will be doing some towing now and again
do you still think it will be ok to tow with due to
the body roll it has

Most Defenders, early D1's and RRC's didn't have anti roll bars and they all tow fine. Might want to reconsider the lift if you tow a lot though, or consider dropping the tow hitch a bit.

Mines got no arb on and 2 inch hd springs and it is fine towing.

Towed trailers/caravans with 2" lift no ARB for yrs no probs, just had adjustable tow hitch's, one for Sankey and lower one for caravan.

I have a full set of ARB's for a D1 300 Tdi if you need them, much cheapness ..

I was told he took them off because of height
now found out it has 3" spring lift and 2" spacers

So 5 inch lift.bave brake lines been extended. And tow bar will defo need to be adjustable.amd as low as possible
