l would like to know the full story with that Range Rover and not just the newspaper's version.
However
Many JLR products have over a years wait for delivery once ordered, for instance there's currently a backlog of 45,000 Defender orders and you are looking at 18 months - 2 years wait if you ordered one now.
l guess the odd dissatisfied customer is of no interest to them.
