I have been having a problem with is cutting out when I going. Real
sluggish I have done a total tune up and the mechanic can't figure out
what is going on with it. Has anyone had the same problem?

had the exact same problem recently with my 92 ext. cab 4x4. I changed
plugs, wires, coil, distributor cap, and rotor. still was sluggish. turned
out to be the fuel filter. this truck should have an in-line filter located
on the frame just in front of the gas tank. you can check it simply by
taking it off and blowing through it, if you can't get much air through
it,as mine was, it needs to be replaced.

Yes most people forget to Change that Fuel Filter your lucky it
hasnt given out Completely. One other thing is Bad Gas some of these
Service Stations have their Gas Tanks in the Ground where it rains and
the Water sometimes can get in and we end up putting water into our Cars
gas Tank or if they are getting low we get Sediment from the Tanks into
our Vehicles. LUPE
