i am relucatantly selling my TD5. after off roading recently i had a bit of a fall and the car landed on its side. very slowly with no great pace but has done some damage which i am not capapble of repairing and i need to free up some money as well. the rear drivers side is quite dented. its mostly pannel work and nothing more, the snorkel has come lose off of the supports along side the windscreen, the windscreen is cracked and popped out a tad, the sun roof glass is no more and the rear right glass pannel is gone.
The AA and some squadies that helped me get it back home say that the car has seemed to of hyrdaulic blocked itself (when it was on its side). the car isnt running at the moment. any one with experience of maintaing cars is more than welcome to come and see this car.
any way enough of the negatives. This car has got 6 months tax and a full years MOT (i had it done last thursday). i have 2 spare pairs of break pads (front and rear) which i was going to replace this week and two drag link ball joints with the vehicle. i have no front bumper as i was in the process of attaching a winch bumper. i do have a large bull-bar type thing as well.
the tyres are in good condition and i have had over the last 6 months a new fly wheel, clutch, fuel pump, fuel filter, radiator and viscous fan.
the car is a 'W' registration with 85,000 miles. paint wise its beginning to fade on the roof but other than that quite tidy. The car was serviced only 2 months ago and has every MOT and every service stamp and invoice ever carried out, i even have the original purchase invoice from the first owner!
i would like £4000 or nearest offer (all offers welcome) a model with equivelant mileage and age seems to sell from 7/8k on autotrader/ebay. i live in southampton if anyone would like to see the car.
