ive just bought my first 90 and am looking at getting new suspension, i am after something a bit softer than the standard springs as it breaks you back when you hit a bump at speed but i don't want a lift kit as i wont be able to get in to the car park at work, ive seen these race trucks like wild cats and tom cats and cant find out what suspension systems they use if they are available to buy and if they would fit on to a 90. cheers

fit "comfort spec" range rover classic springs on the front and stick with standard springs on the rear

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I'm also interested in softening the ride on my TD5 90 and I've read numerous posts on the subject, but have only ended up getting more confused. I've heard that you can use Range Rover "police spec" springs, but some say you need them on the front and some say on the back and I can't work out if you need an adapter plate to fit them. Has anyone tried something along these lines, and what kind of affect does it have?

I've got brand new standard Armstrong dampers all round and don't really fancy changing them.
