Afternoon all, I've just joined the forum as i'm planning to convert my 90 pick-up I inherited from Dad.

So far i have got bought 2 side panels, a roof and safari door with hinges + latch and striker.

So what i really need to know is what other smaller items such as specific seals, attaching bolts/nuts for the side panels to roof and body etc I should get hold of?

Would anyone have any pointers or photos of their conversion projects please?

Thanks,
Richard

Roof seal hardtop side to tub seals rear door seal obv
Lots of m6 bolts 15-20mm long thread and washers for roof can't remember size for sides rear quarter glass and seals if not got. If door has a wiper heated glass and top light there's a lil loom you can buy - personally I'd just make one since only like 7 wires. Rear door card? If you want it not to be rough and the lil flexi con for cables.
Rear door stay-i used a lil piston cos the genuine latch is expensive and i had some spare erm
Probably need a seal for the bottom forget what is called. Like a flat steel with a seal in attaches to floor with rivets. Make sure if you need to rivet anything use closed rivets not the ones with holes straight through
I'd get a ignition and door lock set if you want so all match
Mine used to be a pickup too but I don't have many photos of that part of conversion. Don't forget seals otherwise it's pretty straight forward
