I have a 88 with dual brake system including brake booster.
Ik have replaced all 4 the wheel brake cilinders and the master cilinder and blessed the brakes and adjusted the shoes (locked them with the adjuster screw and turned the screw back until the wheel is spinning free).
Brake booster is working fine, no hissing or leaks, also no leaks in the system.

However..... When I drive, the first time I press the brake, the land continues rolling
This until I press the brake a 2nd time, then she stops perfectly, I can skid if I want to.
So hydraulics are working fine I guess, but how can I let her stop with the first brake attempt?

either you still have a little air in or more likely you will need to adjust shoes as they bed in , a little play on each of the shoes means a lot at the pedal

Blessing the brakes is a new one on me,still if it works.;)

:p:p:D Hahaha bled, I meant bled my brakes! Damn autocorrect...o_O
on the other hand... blessing a LR always helps I think!

I'll be right on it tomorrow and readust the shoes, thanks guys!

She brakes perfect now. It were the shoes which needed a tighter adjustment.
All bicyclists, rabbits and other species are a lot safer now :)
