Offer for what mate ?? There's no pictures or other info other than a motor that seams like its scrap & its a non runner.
Just my 2 bobs worth.

didn’t realise that the picture didn’t upload. Would rather it go to someone that needs it for parts than a scrap yard.

Too far for me mate..... shame I hate seeing things scrapped.
