Can anyone help me?

I have a Defender and the instruction plaque near my gear stick is unreadable.I assume the instructions are about 4wd and diff etc. Could anyone translate or take a pic of their instructions incase there is something that I need to know.

It's about using a single axle roller. I doubt you'll ever need to but it tells you to keep below 10mph and don't engage diff lock. It also tells you to engage difflock when traction may be lost. I'm sure there's a pic on google.

I'd forgotten that I'd fitted it until I had to go help my boss tow some stranded vehicles in the snow cos his slitty couldn't get up a hill. I noticed him staring at summit and then suddenly twigged what it was.:doh:
