Don't know if my 97' 4.6 HSE Autobiography is worth spending more cash on. After a local garage cooked the car, another garage replaced the rads, but she boils up. This appears terminal, if she needed a new engine, how much are we talking?

head gaskets £600-£1000
engine depending on source £1000-£3000
unless you are doing the work yourself
still worth it id say regards dave

go to a solicitor. there first consultation is usually free.
get the ****s that knackered it to pay.

put it nice and simple to them.
If they dont put rite the damage that they have caused to your car . then you and 6 mates are gonna take the cash out of his legs.

Personally I would have kicked the **** out of him already( hey but that is just me).

i have just been quoted 3k for a full engine reconditioned and fitted top hat liners too from simmonities in bradford regards dave

2k to 3k seems about the going rate for supply and fit for a v8.
