Hi everyone, I’m looking for part number 39 111 70 939 oil breather Mann can anyone help? Mine has a split breather hose

Looks like an early 38' without the egr valve

That's what I thought too from what looks like the oil separator in the pic

The the hose that goes into the rocker cover is split unfortunately,
