You do not state any speed details. I would suspect the front propshaft universal joints, these tend to cause a vibration when under power which fades when the power is taken off, or the clutch is dipped. You can try greasing it although by the sound of it, it has gone past that option. Also check the rear propshaft for wear in the joints although vibes here tend to come in at higher revs.
