Am looking for a new timing case for a 300tdi engine and have seem different part numbers listed.
One I have seen is HRC2510 which matches the part number on the broken one that needs replacing
This on eBay : 261420311094

But have also seen a HRC2914 which looks very similar bit with a different part number
This on eBay: 261413857945

Does anyone know the difference and if they are interchangeable?

yep need my eyes testing again

hrc numbers are casting numbers not part numbers all covers fit the superceded one for the other
