300TDi Rear Brake Calipers

on the top of the rear calipers there is a small bolt as well as the bleed nipple on the side and the inlet pipe.. what is this small bolt for..?

Good question. it's not shown as a part in the parts catalogue so dont' go and lose it. It's something to do in the manufacturing of the caliper may be...

Blanking plug,bracket bolt or bolt to hold callliper together...
One of these perhaps.
