I'm game for a limbo face off for it!

I've not got much use for a limbless footballer but might be more interesting hanging on the mirror than a set of dice!

Exactly! So you tell me what you'd be willing to buy it for and i'll tell you if I agree. :) :)

Hi,

New to all this. Was looking for a basic, unmodified landy but tempted by yours.
Out of interest, what is it like to drive of the road compared to standard?

ta,
aaron.

Well you can see over the hedges and you'd rarely get stuck unless in a traffic jam.
It earned me £5 and a bottle of scotch in rescues last winter which I doubt a standard disco would.
It's on HD springs so can still be thrown into corners.

You can't miss it In a large car park.

Absolute quality reply (and just the things I needed to hear!).:)
I take it its there is no real difference in comfort(!) on long journeys?!
I would need to do a round trip of several hundred miles in it once or twice a year. What are those tyres like when cruising along?

cheers.

I have the same tread pattern and i have to say they give you a comforting drone whilst cruising but for gods sake if its raining give yourself a good braking distance on motorways ;)

It's only the tyres that make a noticeable difference to the drive, as long as the caster is set correctly upfront they drive nearly as sportily as standard and tbh any land rover feels much closer to the limit than it is cos they're all **** handling!

Plus you can pick up a set of 31" ATs on stock rims for a couple hundred tops and you won't notice the difference from factory, then you save your muds for playtime

When are you picking it up? :p

Oh no Thomas is for sale. :(

Ill say a final Choo Choo. :D

Yes. £2k without the winch or Feds.

I'm very interested for that .. if igloo isn't .. ;)

Still waiting for insco to payout the actual cash mind, but as soon as we get it ..

Very, very interested!!

I've got a chap coming from Preston on Sunday to look at it.

Best pull my finger out and hoover it out.

Hoping to have the cash soon, if it falls through.

I don't really mind who has it as long as it goes to a good home and I get some space on my drive.

in that case FK, i will have for three left twixes and you can have the drive space, when shall i pop over to collect?

I only like the caramel on biscuit and I can pop it in a Jiffy bag and send it over.

Might take a few years to receive it all at one jiffy per week, but you'll enjoy putting it all together.
