Hi all- when checking my acquired 1995 300tdi manual some time ago I noticed thet there were odd little bubbles around the no 4 injector:eek:
I know the head had been skimmed and gasket changed so I replaced the injector washers as I had a set:D
Thought this had solved the prob but noticed yesterday there is still the odd bubble that appears to be around the stud that is used to clamp the injector down:eek:
Not sure if its oil or diesel as its hard to tell
Anyone any ideas
Cheers
Paul

get a bit of white bog roll and dab the area where the bubbles are coming from with the corner of the tissue. You should be able to either see or smell (or both) what the substance is.

A trick Ratty learned by experimenting with his own arse.

Blimey, no ****-taking or ribbing either:eek:

Gave the model, details, where's the fun in that.?

Had you posted " got lanruvver wiv bubbles growing out of dat wot is it then you bunk of ****ers" we might have treated you differently.

Ah good to see humour is alive and well on the forum:D
On a serious note I will try to asertain diesel or oil:D
