Hello all, my Discovery (1997 300TDI - 135K miles) has started exhibiting poor handling.
The main symptom is that at any speed above 10mph, when you back off the throttle, the vehicle lurches to the right, applying power, it lurches to the left.
At speed, this can be quite disconcerting!
Other symptoms are the feeling of being in a stong crosswind, when there is none...
I suspect bushes, possibly rear axle, but where shall i look first?

if its that bad and its caused by bushes you should be able to find the guilty party quite easily.. get a pry bar and lever on yer bushes till you find all the ones wiff a lot of play in them. then replace them
