hello guys, is it possible to fit a central locking system with the standard alarm/imobiliser on a defender sw, would it have to be original equipment parts or would a universal kit work, and how easy is it to do?

Would be worth your time putting it in the right section. This is for 300tdi engines not 90's

I did it on both a 200TDi 90 using a Wilco Alarm and Central Locking controller, and on a 300TDi 110SW using the original electronics and an add-on controller. Actuators were a kit bought from EBAY. Worse bit was making a piano wire thingy to work the back door.

Worked a treat!
