Recently the 300 in my series has been misfireing and making excess smoke at low revs when cold

Once shes been running for 30 seconds or so she runs great

She has been services recently and i put petrol in the fuel filter today and it dint help ,will it be worth looking at the injectors ?

Blue is a sign of oil burning, you may have a leaking valve stem oil seal although I wouldn't have thought that would take 30 seconds to clear. Possibly could be a leaking injector causing fuel to build up in a cylinder when it is stopped. Hard to diagnose with out seeing / hearing it in person.

Theres a local guy refurbs injectors i may take them out and send them to him

Check your valve clearances first.
