Hi all, i'm currently in a dead end in here. I have a 1996 D1 EDC that was running last week and now it won't. Engine is cranking, no buzzing in Injection pump unless putting ground to engine load relay. 100 Ohms can be read at injector 4. I've already pulled out the harness and connected wires that was cut to bypass the engine load relay. I have the pinout from Blackbox solutions but somehow won't match my current harness. I have swapped my Lift pump, MAF, ECU, Injection Pump, Crank sensor, Injector from my other running unit. is there anything im missing? Even if i can hear the buzz from the IP and put 12V to the Fuel cut off solenoid still no fuel output from the injector. ECU harness doesn't have pins 9 12 13 25 27 33 34 35 37 43 44 45 47 50 52 53. hope you could help

Sounds like you can get power. Elimination! Try simplifying it. Try fuel can direct to pump. Need to ensure fuel is there. Can be blocked fuel pipes or somehow lift pump not working. Check battery terminal clamps are really tight on battery... surprisingly this makes D1 and D2 electric bits act up ALOT. I have had issues with immobilizer also. Early d1's can easily disconnect, or hot wire it. Sounds like something simple you are missing as all else looks like you have checked

Spider bypass done. ??

Yeah maybe spider, or if you unscrew inside fuse box and look at the back, looking for a burnt or melted plastic, on the back of the fuse box. Don't expect it will be a relay, as rarely.

No spider on an Auto, immobiliser seems to be inside the injector pump. I'm not too sure, but if you've changed the injection pump, you also need to use the same green ecu to match the donor pump. Someone may correct me on this. Unfortunately this is quite a common problem now and I've never seen a solution as the threads on the subject go dead. Presumably you have checked that diesel is going into the pump?

I missed that one, let me get the 10AS from my donor car and get back here to update.

this is the current 10AS Module on the one im trying to fix.

Will try to do the "dextrose" method together with the matching 10AS Box
But after this D1 ill need to go on the D2s Clicking fuse box. :homer:
