Hi Folks,
Just wanted to share my thoughts after 3 weeks with my Discovery 2 td5.
I am generally very pleased that I have the tools for the job ;-)
I have a good box trailer with all the tools we need to do a good days work.
And the right (excuse my description:-\) truck to pull it ;-)
Also my Discovery is a smashing family car.
Went to Nottingham (150 miles, round trip) at the weekend......lovely drive.
Only slight downside is she's a bit thirsty compared to my old Skoda

less miles per gallon, more smiles per gallon

Glad its working for you 3 weeks into owning a TD5 disco i was a bit less keen on it, though still kept it for a year or so.

D1 = great
D3 = great
D4 = outside my price range!

But the D2 just didn't quite do it for me
