Hi all.
We have two kids, 5 and 3 with a new one due to land later this year.
Question - has anyone managed to fit three seats in the back of a Freelander?
Only one requires an ISOFIX (the baby) but safety advice states that even the 5 year old should be in a seat so want to follow this advice really.

This is the current set up.....

There's not enough space to do it. You might just get away with a booster in the centre, if you use the correct seats on the outsides. When we needed 3 seats 2 seats and a booster, I bought a D3, as it had room.

When I first read the post, I thought, yea. We put the booster in the middle.
Then when I saw the photo'. Those child seats are like a Chesterfield compared to what our kids had to put up with !
Pretty sure the passenger airbag can be turned off on the FL2.
Point of note if needing to carry children in a booster rather than full child seat temporarily then I am told the Police cannot measure the child so it would be a warning rather than an offence ?

That's OK, I will go by law. I think I phrased my original question clumsily.

Thanks to all of you. We have found two additional seats that can be fitted in the rear alongside the baby seat. Note that the booster seats do not have to be fitted in to the ISOFIX so long as, obviously, they are seatbelted.

What What Old Bean ! :)
Are you putting youngest in middle ?
We found that best, as passenger can turn around to attend if needed and gave the older kids a bit more leg space.

Ah but there is no ISOFIX in the middle of the rear seats.

This is our dilemma too! Which seats did you go for in the end? We also have Joie isofix seat with base, but 2x Cosatto - one with isofix & one just a seatbelt-using booster. So we know we need to change. Thanks v much.
