I am shipping a 3.5 V8 back to the U.S. and I need to make a box for it. Anyone done this and have the dimensions? I'd like to have the box already built and put the engine in when I remove it from the truck.

Type it into a search engine. The other place to look is RPI Engineering, again type it into a search engine. Both sites have lots of info on V8's.

What ancilliaries are you leaving on the engine? I've got mine out so I'm happy to measure it
