Work is happy to pay for me to drive my s3 down to Mallorca via ferries. So i think she may go soft top for the sunshine drives.

Ive seen a hoop set for a 3/4 lwb going relatively cheap, i understan these are designed for the pick up/truck cab body style but can they be utilised as well for full length? Im picturing driving with door tops out and sides rolled up through the mallorcan mountains

Tell me about it

I'm an engineer on a superyacht and I work 3 months on 3 months off. My next work period falls on when the boat is in Palma for a refit for a few months. They pay for my travel and the captain likes mountain biking so I said hey, let me drive my landy down, the boat can use it in work time, I would enjoy driving it down and then I can drive you up the hills for mountain biking and he loved the idea!

Decided to order the tonneau cover and truck cab cover, ready for the summer and Spain! 3 months to bring the series up to standard for the trip!
