Too late now but lots recommend the MF31-1000 battery, It's the biggest you can fit.
Try pulling the FBH fuse 59 in th glovebox, that sorted my battery drain out.

Am wel up for changing it mate it they are a lot better, I put in mf31-1000 in on google but all sorts come up mate what is the make etc or is a link possible thanks in advance mate,,, I will try that Allt he help is appreciated mate @backinblack

Hankook mf31-1000. If that's what we iz on about! o_O
Yeah nice one mate going to order one now if I can find one in stock, the Bosch s5 has been dead flat a few times wouldn’t even unlock steering so best to change anyway as heard it can damage battery’s if they go to flat a few times?

@backinblack just been out to car mate to remove fuse 59 and it’s already out so assume lenders removed it when car was in for power drain issues, thanks tho mate

I think the BMW Scanner 1.4.0 has options for changing settings but could be risky as it's not LR specific software so could cause more issues. I used the BMW Scanner to change my LCM mileage but my LCM software was not listed so used the closest I could find. IMO inpa software could be the same.

The battery will eventually give up if left flat for too long..

Thanks mate will look into this, I’ve found a company that looks fairly legit called German audio tech and is around £130 I think

there was also a eBay listing for one for £30 which I assume is Chinese s***/ fake,, can you remember where you got yours from mate? @backinblack

@browneyboy1 yep, ebay for about £30 :D. If my ECU was knackered I'd give it a go anyway as nowt to lose but since mine is working I won't risk trying it. My local garage recoded my old LCM with their testbook but it just put it back to default which knackered up the LED option.

Happy New Year’s Eve lads hope you all have a good one!! Or as good as it can be stuck at home.

fitted new height sensor today as left front showed height on diagnostics but hardly any voltage when on live data,, cured that issue with new one.

cleared all faults but still have 3 coming back up however got rid of most!

68-steering angle sensor ecu internal fault

04 steering angle sensor fault during normal operation

32 canbus fault

Where do I go from here lads?
Thanks in advance

UPDATE
for some reason both rear sensors are now showing undervoltage rear left 2.18 rear right 1.66
I assume this is no good? Ordered two new rear genuine sensors so let’s see what happens once they have arrived and fitted,,, any comments on above fault codes would still be much appreciated tho,,,
also on live data steering angle sensor reading isn’t picking up when moved from left to right either just stays at 0 also on abs live data wheel speed is showing all 4 at 1.3mph but on transmission live data wheel speeds are showing 0?? Any ideas
Vehicle was stationary.

thanks in advance lads

Check it with the live data, when on watch the readings while turning the steering wheel from left to the right and watch for any drop out or twitching/freezing of the numbers. The connection also. ;)
