Hello everyone, was hoping for a little bit of help,recently I have reconditioned the engine in my defender and put her back in yesterday 
everything seemed fine until it started getting to temperature when the oil light started flickering if you reved a tiny bit it would go until you let off, it had happend befor the engine was taken out but thorght shells rings ect was going to cure this :-( I have changed the oil had a new sender switch, taken the oil pump apart tp check everything and all worked fine, I have read on past forums to up the revs but until I did this was checking it the right thing to do???? Or am i hiding a problem??? Any help or advise would be very much appreciated.
