Hi - new to this forum, hoping to get some help please!

I have a 2012 Defender 110 county puma,
The windscreen washers have stopped working for some reason. Have checked the bottle and full of water and not frozen etc, jets do not appear to be blocked. When I press the stalk on the steering column the wipers move as normal but no water jet, I can't hear the pump so presume maybe a loose wire connection?
Not sure if the rear washer/wipe operate off the same pump but that all works fine.
I would appreciate if anybody has ideas what might be causing this problem.
Thanks Dave

It's a seperate pump for the rear so whatever the problem it's only the front to worry about.Could be anything from just a fuse to the pump given up.Yiu just have to work logically to find it

Thanks, that narrows it down at least. Will check the fuse to start. Only reason I hadn't already was because I was under the impression the wipers were on the same fuse? Will check wiring connections etc, failing that sounds like a new pump

Damn, I was reading it as a disco sorry but same principle applies. Not sure if you do have a separate pump on there.Sorry again didn't mean to cause confusion. If it is only one pump that makes it easier because then it must be something physical causing it is.blockage ,non return valve etc hope it's easily sorted ,you need em in this weather!
