Hi guys

I know on a std 200tdi the exhaust comes out on the N/S but I am thinking of doing a straight through exhaust but have the tail pipe coming out through the O/S/R wing instead of the N/S/R wing as when I had my series trucks they always came out the O/S and thought its nice to be able to see the exhaust smoke every now and then plus it would give a better sound from a driver's point of view if you know what I mean.

what do you think :)

Should be easy enough as the standard pipe heads that way before it enters the rear box.

If you do put it out the off side how will you give bad cyclists the cloud treatment?

I will be doing this on mine soon, there is room under the tub at the back for a box as well if required, I'm going to make my own muffler box to try and make it sound nice rather than like a tractor.

If you do it first lets see some pics;):)

It won't be just yet but it is defo on the to do list but then again my new tyres were planned for in a couple of months time but a puncture a couple of weeks ago has now brought them forward to getting them this weekend so you never know :)

Ha ha I will catch them out when in traffic and the ****s try and come round me from the driver's side :D:D

I'd drive one like it before you do it, mine has a straight through side exit exhaust , on the motorway it was really annoying , mine is a soft top though

I've heard that said about hard tops too, if it's got the center box in it should quieten it down a bit
