Why not use the TD flywheel housing - it bolts straight on and there's no need to remove studs. Only drawback is needing to remove the flywheel.

Sorry for the confusion, change the word "Studs" for "bolts" in my last post.
Un-dooing them is the hard part.
 
I've got it all done (well apart from final fettling like tapping 3 new stud holes in the bottom of the bellhousing and a new heater matrix)
And I've taken it out for a slow run 40mph max. She's nice when the turbo comes in and the gearbox is very smooth.
Also had time to mount the Tdi airbox above the alternator and it gives easy access to the oil dipstick, PAS bottle and water washer bottle.

Going for a proper run tomorrow but for now enjoy some photos.

Sorry to did this thread up but.. Is the one clamp around the air filter housing good enough? I am looking at using this method;) :D

the SLUTS runs - yu cant have missed them, shirley? I been on a few recently. One of which was specially for us TOSSERS.

I carnt believe yu have both missed the SLUTS freds.
there was the Chippies run - as a "fank yu" for the TOSSERS BBQ and the "newbies" salisbury run last w/e.

and its taken years of practice to be like this. :jaw: :bolt:

Lizzybeth has put on 1/2 lb in a week (which is very good for those who don't know babies)
