really serious about a 3.9 v8 conversion but need some advice I have a mint low mileage disco 200tdi in my 90 with a Ashcroft reman gearbox but I'm craving V8

I also have a good 3.9 auto discovery so what I'm needing to know is what I need what can I keep and how easy is it?

Easiest way to do it would be to pull the entire engine, gearbox and transfer box from the disco and drop it into the defender.

Still a fair bit of work though
