Also awesome place to visit it's literally the smallest building crammed full of blokes in overalls building engines and the woman has an amazing part number memory lol

See if they will show you all the broken bits they have pulled out of engines, there are some interesting failures!!

Sorry finger trouble.
It is more where my finger is pointing in the second photo where there is no hole and in the new one there is that I am worried about.

Well I called turners they will not test the head as they do not do small jobs so I found somwhere in Crawley that will. I'm just going to run the car for a few days and see if the flurecent dye I put in the cooling system appears after I give the engine a wash. I still think its the core plus, but either way looks like I'll have my spanners out again this weekend. The positive thing is I love mechano.
