Standard I think. I may take it off again and see what I can do to get it higher, even if it means taking the whole system off again. It's fine as it is for the road, but think even on a quite heavily 'rutted' lane, it will snag something. And I dont want to fork out for a new exhaust!
Remove the towbrackets.
It might sound obvious, but work from the back first. Make sure both the hangers/rubbers are in place (one should be above the muffler on the drivers side, the other just in front of the crossmember on t'other side)
