Hi,

Can anyone tell me if the crankshaft pulley assembly on a 200tdi is interchangeable with one from a 300tdi.
The crankshaft locking tool I have acquired is too big to fit into the pulleys on the 200tdi so I assume it is for a 300tdi.

I don't suppose you've got a spare pulley do you ? Mine is mangled

As regards pulling, I usually find a standard 3 leg puller and a bit of heat on the boss lets them go. A tough one might need a chisel driving between the back of the pulley and the timing cover bolts.
