hi guys,
Just in the process of removing the head and I have hit a snag.
I can't get the manifold off as I can't remove the downpipe from the turbo due to the bulkhead being in the way.
Nuts holding manifold to turbo look fooked and difficult to remove. Also don't fancy trying to remove the studs.
Need more eyes, any suggestions

Hacksaw studs and replace them after. Mine are held in with bolts making it a lot easier to remove when I need to. Manifold to turbo nuts just round off

Bolts are a good idea.
Anyone know size so I can order some?

I think I have about done it.
Didn't see the clamp holding manifold to block, taking out those 2 13mm bolts and I should be all good.
Sometimes just can't see for looking

ill let you know the size when I cut mine down haha, ive been using about 5 washers each bolt for years
