Oh My.... I did not do it myself, got a Rover specialist to do it for me £700 + vat !!! I am not confident enough yet to fiddle (I have a lot to learn) ....Ur very welcome
Indeed , Always best to check the oil pump cover is the updated one, how did u get on with the rear belt , know they are tight for access and working blind

Not a good car to start learning on.LOL, I never did it myself .... had a Rover specialist look at it for me £700 + vat

Good idea to have the EGR valves mapped out.Lol, that’s a good price
Indeed as @Datatek said certainly not an engine to learn how to do the timing belts , lol
Is just a very complicated model, code ready is a must for these, but like everything over time as u work on them experience and knowledge increases
May i ask is this ur first landy plse
Have u done ur egrs yet, mine were rather on the dirty side and always a good idea to remove and clean ur MAP sensor as they block up

This is my first Range but I still have a 2004 Freelander as well .... am no mechanic but like I said I am willing to learn so if there are any "beginners" things that I could do or check to start me off that would be good.
