Today on the Mrs TD4 the fuel pump and filter were changed, it would turn over but not start after the replacements oddly . We proved we had fuel coming from the injectors then eventually the fuel stopped after further turning on the ignition.

Before we start to dismantle the fuel lines to look for blockages is it reasonable that we check this regulator?

Were the pump and filter OE parts? If the pump or filter aren't allowed sufficient fuel pressure, then the EDC won't allow the engine to start.

Cheers yes, evidently the sediment filter has now developed an air leak somehow but im now struggling to find a new one
