I own 2004 Range Rover Petrol 4.4 Engine which I bought few weeks back. It had few problems when I bought it so this is the reason of this post.

Electronic display which usually displays messages was broke and always off. Also air suspension didn't work and days later light on suspension switcher went completely off.

So I brought it back to seller who gave me the vehicle with warranty and he said: "I changed the suspension sensors, however suspension broke again next day and mechanic thinks yours is sending a message to the ECU saying there is a fault with the air suspension. So new display will fix the issue".

Now we are waiting new display to arrive, however I don't understand how display is connected to suspension fault and what is ''yours" ???

It would be much appreciated if someone could help me understand, I couldn't found anything related in Google.
This all sounds very familiar , my general experience is that local mechanics do not have the correct experience or diagnostics to solve such problems, first I would start with a new battery clear all the faults and then see if any come back have found that a fault on one system can easily affect another some times there is no obvious reason for this , I removed my sat nav and it through up an eas inactive fault, just put my l322 05 in for service plus new track rod ends and ball joints when I got it back it started playing up and giving all sorts of fantom faults so started with the basics checked battery and found it was low so now using a battery optimiser to recover the battery and after clearing faults they have not returned, so agree with others check battery
