dear everyone:

i spend about 3 months to solve overheat issue
i will tell you about my steps i did it before
1- cleaning radiator
2- cleaning cooling system from rust
3- change thermostat

i searching in YouTube i found exactly same problem happen in my car in this url


i hope to found any cheapest way to solve this problem
 
It helps if you state what engine you have, in the video it looks to be a diesel, but what engine is yours ?

I'm guessing it's a V6.
Is it blowing coolant out the cap before the engine is up to temperature? Or are the rad hoses getting hard before the engine is up to temperature?
 
the coolant bowling in cap after that the level for water increasing

Sounds like a head gasket to me. It's unfortunately quite common, especially if the coolant has run low in the past. The V6 won't tolerate low coolant, even for a second as the head gaskets are so thin.

you mean i must to change the cylinder gasket ?
 
Sounds that way to me. There's 2 of them and it's best done with the engine out of the vehicle.
it is hard job ,but i will make it when i make sure the problem from gasket

when i searching in youtube i founded also same thing but he disconnecting fan sensor
you can check this in 5:00min

it is correct or not
 
i make ECU checking and i found 3 faults :
1- P0141 - O2 sensor heater circuit ( bank 1 sensor 2 )
2- P0267 - Cylinder 3 injector circuit low
3- P0351 - ignition Coil "A" Primary\secondary circuit

are this faults can be useful to my problem if i solve it
