I changed the belt with original contitech a few months ago, no luck.Belt or associated parts at a guess.

Second that.Warped exhaust manifould, look for stains around it, or broken studs.
Surely you checked the tensioner when you changed the belt?Is it possible the aging tensioner lost a bit tension so that acceleration could make the belt slipping? I think acceleration noise is a diagnostic point.
